Instructions for use and precautions for vacuum units

2022/1/24

Before the vacuum unit is put into production and use, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fasteners in each part are loose. If there is any looseness, they must be corrected and tightened. Before starting the operation, the water tank must be filled with water, the pump inlet valve must be opened, and then the corrosion-resistant pump can be operated. It is strictly prohibited to dehydrate the pump, idling or reverse rotation, to prevent damage to the mechanical seal, impeller and other parts of the pump body. Before stopping the vacuum unit, open the vent valve or wait until the vacuum degree drops below 0.092MPa before stopping the unit. To prevent excessive vacuum from causing back suction and damaging the check valve. (If the check valve fails, please open the check valve cover and remove debris). When using a steam-water tandem jet vacuum unit, drive the machine first and then open the steam valve. When parking, first

Turn off the steam valve and then stop the machine to prevent excessive temperature from damaging the water jet vacuum pump. When installing the steam pipeline of the vacuum unit, the pipeline must be kept level to prevent water accumulation in the pipe, otherwise the vacuum effect will be affected. The circulating water in the water tank should be replaced or replenished frequently, and the water temperature should be kept as low as possible, because too high water temperature will affect the exhaust volume and vacuum degree.
